Well Well Well! I DYED MY HAIR PART 2!!

Well good morning to you!  It has been almost a month since I last wrote on here and I can honestly tell you that I'v missed it here quite a bit.  My kiddos along with our pup have made writing to you all the more difficult but they're worth it!  There's a lot to update you on concerning my hair, knitting, crocheting and other misc. projects but lets just start out with what's different with my hair first!!

The top picture was taken  right after I got done coloring my hair.
This was taken a day after.

I used the Dark & Lovely hair dye and I can't tell you what color it was exactly but what I do remember is hat it's a honey blonde color.  I didn't get the results that the box shows but that's due to me previously dying the rest of my hair red back in October and before that I'd been using henna so my ends are extremely saturated.  I could have left the dye on for a little longer but I didn't want to chance it.  At the end of this dying journey I want my hair to be a lighter honey blonde.  Right now it's a kind of strawberry redish faze but I don't mind that at all because it actually looks pretty cute once my hair is all made up and done.

It's been some years now since I started this natural hair journey of mine and if I learned, or relearned anything, it's to take have patience with my hair and to figure out what MY hair needs instead of trying to follow what others do for their own hair and thinking that what they do will automatically work for me.

Well motherhood calls me again so I must be signing off here.  If you're in the midst of your hair journey don't be afraid to try something new that you've always wanted to try with your hair because you only have this one life to live so why not make it fun!

Be Blessed!
